The Lakeview Assembly Bookstore (referred to hereafter as "Lakeview Bookstore") respects your right to privacy. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill book reservations. If we have trouble processing a reservation, the information is used to contact the user.

This includes phone calls to the Lakeview Bookstore and emailed questions & comments to the webmaster or other UC Davis Bookstore departments.

If you choose not to register an account or provide personal information, you can still visit most of the Lakeview Bookstore website (such as browsing our products and adding items to the shopping cart); however you will not have access to areas and services that require this type of information (such as completing online orders).

Any personally identifiable information collected through online sales transactions will be used only for the purpose of completing the transaction (such as payment certification, shipping, etc.)

Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy
RETURN/REFUND POLICY: Returns are not accepted to the LVAwebstore except in case of defect or damage. Refunds or replacement merchandise are available in the event of defective product or shipping error.
Non-personalized items may be returned at purchaser’s expense and must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Non-personalized items may be returned at purchaser’s expense and must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt for a store credit. All returned items must be in original condition. Sale merchandise is not returnable.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of order placement.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOM ORDERED ITEMS.
